    Abstract
Online media has an important role in teaching, especially for Indonesian students. Media can help teachers to manage the students, motivate the students, and also to make fun activities. The lack of optimal use of media in teaching and learning processes makes students difficult to understand the material delivered by teachers. The aim of this study is to describe the implementation of online media in order to motivate EFL Junior High School students by EFL pre-service teacher during internship program. This best practice method find out that classroom rules make students felt uncomfortable but make them discipline as before. The result also showed online media make students with low motivation ability more active and interest to learning English than before.
