getting their house was destroyed, poor people, and immigrant students. The condition in
the past, makes the colony in Purus Padang City especially middle- class citizens down to
stay at a Flat. This Flat, was choosen as a location for final bachelor project because this
Flat in Purus wa not used as the function of Government assistance and also, this Flat is
not liveable in shortly. As well we know the vertical housing. In this case, the Flat should
be redesign with biophilic concept will be needed to convert this Flat to be The convenience
Flat, Healthy, and with the equipped facilitie according to the resident neededs. Redesign
with biophilic concept will makes this Flat corresponding with the meaning of biophilic,
that is to say, Human tendency to connect with the nature, with this concept the conclusion
that this Flat will be redesign with vertical garden, material from nature, mini garden in
the balcony, and the equipped facilities neededs, all the building using natural airing.
Other than that this Flat reflect the local building. So that, this flat will be liveable after
