ANALISIS PENGENDALIAN PROYEK DARI SEGI BIAYA DAN WAKTU MENGGUNAKAN METODE KONSEP NILAI HASIL ( PROJECT CONTROL ANALYSIS OF COST AND TIME BY USING EARNED VALUE METHOD) ( Studi Kasus Proyek Pembangunan Jembatan Dusun Mahia, Kelurahan Urimessing, Kecamatan Nusaniwe, Kota Ambon, Provinsi Maluku )
Abstract
Project cost and time control are part of construction management which is conducted to
maintain the match between the implementation and planning that has been made by comparing
what happened on the field with what should have happened. A project should be managed to run
according to the time and cost set in the plan, based on this, project control efforts are needed to
measure performance, productivity, and deviations that occur to the time and cost of the project.
Project control carried out in this study uses the earned value method, this method can
measure performance, productivity and provide an estimate of project costs and completion time.
The study was conducted on the Construction Project of the Mahia Bridge (Phase 2) in Ambon.
Project data obtained were analyzed using Microsoft Excel program assistance into three indicators
including the Budgeted Cost of Work Schedule (BCWS), Budgeted Cost of Work Performed (BCWP),
and Actual Cost of Work Performed (ACWP). These data are then used to analyze Cost Variance
(CV), Schedule Variance (SV), Cost Performance Index (CPI), Schedule Performance Index (SPI),
Critical Ratio (CR) and also estimate project completion time (ECD) and estimates project
completion costs (EAC). This study uses data from week 1 to week 12 of the project.
Based on the analysis of the earned value from week 1 to week 12 of this project, results
are obtained that is for schedule performance index (SPI) value up to week 12 = 1,230 and cost
performance index (CPI) value up to week 12 = 1,054. Estimated total time until the end of the
project (EDC) is 26 weeks over 1 day or 183 days which means 22 days faster than the initial plan
of 205 days. Estimated costs at completion of the project (EAC) amounted to Rp. 2,769,945,804.90
which means the project with a total budget of Rp. 2,919,662,452.94 experienced the savings by
having a remaining budget of Rp. 149,716,684.04.
