| dc.description.abstract | This research aims to test normatively and empirically about criminal law
policies in eradication of corruption. As an effort aimed at creating right, fair
and efficient regulations, criminal law policies always change according to
social development, values and culture in the community. Studying and
comparing the past regulations is expected to be able to find an ideal policy
