Implementasi Lean Six Sigma Menggunakan Diagram Kontrol Laney P' Dalam Mengetahui Pemborosan Dan Produk Cacat
Abstract
CV. Dwi Manunggal Putra is a manufacturing industry in the field of beauty and health beverage products. Currently, there are many manufacturing industry companies in Indonexia. To be able to compete with other companies, product quality is an important aspect that needs to be considered and improved. Problems faced by CV. Dwi Manunggal Putra is that there are many defective products produced in one production process, thus hampering the next production process. The large number of defective products also results in buildup in warehouses and the need for additional time to follow up on these defective products. This of course causes waste of time and costs in the production process. Based on historical data, K-eauty is one of the products produced by CV. Dwi Manunggal Putra with the highest number of requests and defective products. To overcome problems that exist in the production process, companies need to carry out quality control. The methods that can be used are Lean Six Sigma and Laney P' control charts. From the results of the questionnaire, it was found that the type of waste that is a priority is defects with the category of types of waste that often occur. Then the production process efficiency level reached 72.46%. The average DPMO for K-eauty products for the period 1 August 2023 to 7 October 2023 reached 2456 and the average sigma reached 4.3223, which means that it is within the US industry average. To find the cause of defects, a fishbone diagram is used and repairs are carried out using the SW+IH method.
