    Abstract
This study aims to determine whether Parent Management Training improves the social skills of children with oppositional defiant disorder. This experimental research design is single case A-B-A-B- follow up design. The subject consists of a pair of fathers and mothers who have ODD children in Sleman. Data were analyzed quantitatively using descriptive analysis. To reinforce quantitative data, researchers also used observations and interviews to obtain qualitative data. The Parent Management Training module is based on the principles of Parent Management Training from Kazdin (2005). social skills were measured using Social Skills Improvement System- Rating Scales (SSIS-RS) from Gresham & Elliot (2008) with 44 items modified by Ramadhani (2016) (Cronbach's Alpha = 0.871). The results of this study indicate that Parent Management Training can improve social skills in children with oppositional defiant disorder.
