| dc.description.abstract | Problems that occur in the Palbapang-Barongan Road one of them on the condition of road pavement that has happened a lot of damage along the road. Roads are damaged pretty much certainly disturb the users of the road in terms of comfort and safety. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the damage of Palbapang-Barongan Road with visual survey using Bina Marga method (Manual No. 001-01 / M / BM / 2011), to know the damage level of Palbapang-Barongan Road, and to know the type of handling appropriate improvements based on the Bina Marga Method (Manual No. 001-01 / M / BM / 2011) on the Palbapang-Barongan Road.
Evaluation of Functional condition is done with visual survey based on Bina Marga 2011 Method on Palbapang-Barongan Road from Sta.0 + 000 s.d. Sta.2 + 650 and divided every 100 meters per segment. After that the data was analyzed to get the area, volume, and level of damage on Palbapang-Barongan Road. So from the analysis can be known handling appropriate improvements based on the Bina Marga Method (Manual No. 001-01 / M / BM / 2011).
The result of damage evaluation that happened at Palbapang-Barongan Road starting from Sta.0 + 000 s.d. Sta. 2 + 650 consists of alligator cracks with shallow level (14.075%), rutting with shallow level (2.975%), potholes with shallow level (0.224%), potholes with deep level (0.063%), cracks with big level (0.017%), cracks with small level (0.005%), delamination with local level (0.012%), and bumping with shallow level (0.003%). Standard Repairation Method which needed on the Palbapang-Barongan Road Area studied were P2 (Asphalt), P3 (Close the Crack), P5 (Patching the Pothole), and P6 (Alignment). | en_US |
