    Abstract
    Supermarket adalah perusahaan ritel yang menyediakan layanan jasa, dimana dalam perusahaan jasa ini memberikan pelayanan tambahan yang berupa customer service yang cepat, waktu siklus pemenuhan barang yang cepat, dan sebagainya sehingga membutuhkan performansi yang baik dari rantai pasok perusahaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk penilaian performansi dan pemberian saran perbaikan yang dapat dilakukan pada rantai pasok divisi Grocery departemen Milk Product di Super Indo Istana Majapahit Semarang. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah perancangan dan penilaian performansi rantai pasok berdasarkan model Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) 11.0 untuk mengidentifikasi metrik kinerja rantai pasok dengan pendekatan lapangan secara subjektif (personal) dan objektif (data) serta penyesuaian proses yang disesuaikan dengan perusahaan jasa. Penggunaan AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) didapatkan hasil pembobotan untuk masing-masing proses, kategori proses, atribut kinerja, dan metrik kinerja. Hasil dari perancangan penilaian performansi rantai pasok adalah 28 metrik yang dikelompokkan kedalam lima proses bisnis utama, yaitu : plan, source, deliver, return, enable. Scoring system menggunakan proses normalisasi yang selanjutnya analisis Traffic Light System dengan indikator tiga warna (hijau, kuning, merah) untuk prioritas perbaikan. Hasil simpulan penilaian performansi dan pembobotan adalah memuaskan dengan nilai sebesar 78,44% periode Agustus sampai dengan Oktober 2017. Terdapat empat metrik yang mendapatkan indikator warna merah sehingga diperlukan perbaikan dalam proses nya, yaitu : metrik DSI produk Milk pada proses plan, metrik frekuensi pengadaan tiap produk milk pada proses source, dan metrik stock out rate di sub proses deliver stock product dan metrik stock out rate di sub proses deliver retail product pada metrik deliver. Dalam penelitian ini juga disertakan saran-saran perbaikan untuk peningkatan performansi metrik tersebut. Supermarket is a retail company that provides services, which in this service company provides additional services in the form of fast customer service, fast cycle time of goods, etc. so it requires a good performance of the supply chain company. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the performance and suggestion of improvement that can be done at supply chain of Grocery Division of Milk Product Department at Super Indo Istana Majapahit Semarang. The methodology used in this research is the design and assessment of supply chain performance based on the Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) 11.0 model to identify supply chain performance metrics with field approach subjectively (personal) and objectively (data) as well as adjustment of process adapted to service company . The use of AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) resulted weighting for each process, process category, performance attribute, and performance metrics. The results of the design of supply chain performance assessment were 28 metrics grouped into five main business processes: plan, source, deliver, return, and enable. Scoring system used normalization process which further analysis was Traffic Light System with three color indicator (green, yellow, red) for improvement priority. The results of the performance measurement and weighting conclusions were satisfactory with the value of 78.44% in the period of August to October 2017. There were four metrics that get red indicator so it needs improvement in its process, namely: Milk DSI product metrics on the process plan, procurement frequency metrics each milk product in the source process, stock out rate metrics in the sub process of delivering stock products and stock out rate metrics in the sub process of delivering retail products on deliver metric. In this study, it also included suggestions for improvements to improve the performance of these metrics.
