ANALISIS LAMA WAKTU KESEMBUHAN PASIEN HIPERTENSI DENGAN METODE COUNTING PROCESS DAN EFRON

Abstract

Hypertension is the leading cause of fifth death in Indonesia. The mortality rate due to hypertension needs to be reduced, so research to know the duration of healing time of hypertension patient. This research used Cox Proportional Hazard Regression with Counting Process method to overcome identical recurrent events and Efron method to overcome joint event in analyzing medical record data of hypertension patient at RSUD Depati Hamzah Bangka Belitung in 2017. Based on the analysis result, it is obtained the Cox Proportional Hazard Regression equation is h(t,x)=h_0 (t) exp⁡〖 (-0,408x_(1(≥45 tahun))-0,797x_(6(Ya)) 〗). The interpretation of the results obtained shows that hypertensive patients aged ≥45 years have time to recover 0,665 times longer than hypertensive patients aged <45 years, whereas hypertensive patients who suffer from stroke have the time to recover 0,451 times longer than hypertensive patients who not suffering from stroke.
