| dc.description.abstract | The existence of human resource in the company has a very important role for running the company’s activities so that, performance of employee need to be improved. In a way of increasing employee’s performance, company takes some ways such as giving a proper compensation, motivation, create a support working environment, giving reward and punishment, education, and training. This research was held in PT. Aseli Dagadu Djokdja that use Reward and Punishment System, Motivation and Work Environment as Independent Variable, and Performance as Dependent Variable. The goal of this research is to analysis the influence of reward and punishment system, motivation, and work environment toward the performance of employee. Sample that used in this research are 60 PT. Aseli Dagadu Djokdja’s employees. This study tests three hypotheses related to the influence of perception about reward and punishment system, perception about motivation, and perception about work environment toward the performance of employee. Data obtained were analyzed by using multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that: (1) The perception about reward and punishment has positively significant influence toward the performance of employee (2) The perception about motivation has positively significant influence toward the performance of employee (3) The perception about work environment has positively significant influence toward the performance of employee. | en_US |
