    PENETAPAN KADAR LOGAM TIMBAL (Pb) PADA EYEBROW POWDER DENGAN VARIASI METODE DESTRUKSI BASAH TERTUTUP MENGGUNAKAN SPEKTROFOTOMETRI SERAPAN ATOM (SSA)

    Abstract
    Telah dilakukan penelitian penetapan kadar timbal pada eyebrow powder dengan variasi metode destruksi basah tertutup menggunakan Spektrofotometri Serapan Atom (SSA). Variasi metode destruksi basah tertutup yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode microwave dan metode hotplate tertutup. Validasi metode dilakukan untuk menentukan metode destruksi basah tertutup terbaik. Validitas metode ditunjukkan melalui parameter uji MSE, linearitas, presisi, akurasi, LOD dan LOQ. Berdasarkan hasil validasi metode diperoleh metode destruksi basah tertutup terbaik adalah metode hotplate tertutup, dengan perolehan nilai MSE sebesar 1,870, linearitas dengan nilai R2 0,9998, %RSD 1,77%, akurasi 93,26%, LOD 10,69 dan LOQ 35,63. Sampel eyebrow powder kemudian didestruksi menggunakan metode destruksi basah tertutup terbaik yaitu metode hotplate tertutup dan dianalisis dengan SSA. Berdasarkan hasil analisis didapatkan kadar timbal pada eyebrow powder dengan rata-rata sebesar 0,35 mg/L warna hitam dan warna coklat 0,41 mg/L, yang berarti hasil kadar timbal pada eyebrow powder berada di bawah ambang batas peraturan BPOM. The content of lead (Pb) in eyebrow powder was observed with variation of closed wet destruction methods using Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer (AAS). Destruction method used were microwave and closed hotplate methods. The method validation was performed to determine the best closed wet destruction method. The parameters of validity of method were MSE test, linearity, precision, accuracy, LOD and LOQ. Based on the result of validation of method, the best closed wet destruction method was closed hotplate method, with the value of MSE 1.870; linearity with R2 value 0.9998; RSD 1.77%; accuracy 93.26%; LOD 10.69; and LOQ 35.63. Samples of eyebrow powder were destructed used the best closed wet destruction method and analyzed with AAS. Based on the analysis result, content of lead in the eyebrow powder were 0,35 mg/L for black one and 0,41 mg/L for dark brown eyebrow. This research means that the content of lead in eyebrow powder was below the threshold value of BPOM regulation.
