dc.description.abstractThe development of business is very rapid, including the sharia business. The high number of undergraduated students who understand sharia business has caused the demand of job vacancy is increased. Many vacancies in sharia financial institutions must be balanced with scholars who expert on it. Sharia financial institution is a body or organization that undertakes a business based on Islamic law or in accordance with Islamic Shari'a. In term of deciding career in sharia financial institution as well as other organization, there is an interest factor.Factor of labor market consideration, financial reward, work environment, and sprituality are interest factors which can be used to decide career in the future The source of data is students of accountancy of Universitas islam indonesia who has been in the fourth grade by using purposive sampling. the result shows that factors of labor market consideration, financial reward, work environment positively influence to student's interest in working in sharia financial institutions and for financial reward factor does not.en_US
