| dc.description.abstract | The digitalization is something that occurred in people’s lives. It occurred
in any aspects, such as lifestyle, education, work, and also in business. As the
digitalization occurred, it will cause a change in life, where people are expected to
follow the change. By following the change, people have to adapt into the new
system in the society includes the sellers, either the sellers from the big company
or an SME sellers. Unlike the sellers from the big company, SME’s sellers usually
have a limitation to follow the change of the time, especially in this digital era. This
research used qualitative method to investigate how the SME sellers are adapting
into the current change of the digital era, specifically in the payment system, where
almost all of the people use digital payment and its impact for the sellers. The sellers
who have added the digital payment system are adapting by following their
customer’s demand, needs, and also habits. They also tend to have more customers
because they provide more options compared to the sellers who are still not using
