dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this research is to find whether there is a correlation between work family balance and work engagement of the employees who are married. This study aimed to determine the relationship between the study involved 216 employee in Cikampek Sub-district, Karawang Regency, Pronive Jawa Barat. The average age of 24 – 47 years. The scale used in this study is work family balance (Carlson, Kacmar, Wayne, dan Grzywacz, 2006) and skala work engagment (Schaufeli & Bakker, 2002). This scale was administered respondents to reveal the variable work family balance and work engagment. Results of the analysis showed variable significantly work family balance being able to explain the variance of work engagment 28%. Weaknesses and the implications of this research are also discussed in this paper. The strength of the relationship between the two variables vary according to demographic factors (gender). In this study found that work family balance can affect a person's work engagement. Weaknesses and the implications of this research are also discussed in this paper.en_US
