    Abstract
    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan antara Modal Psikologis dengan perilaku kewargaan organisasi pada perawat Rumah Sakit. Semakin tinggi Modal Psikologis yang dimiliki perawat, maka semakin tinggi pula perilaku kewargaan organisasi yang muncul. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 98 orang perawat yang bekerja di salah satu rumah sakit umum. Pengumpulan data menggunakan organizational citizenship behavior scale dan psychological capital quastionaire. Metode analisis data yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini adalah teknik uji korelasi Spearman dengan bantuan IBM SPSS Statistics versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada hubungan positif antara Modal Psikologis dengan perilaku kewargaan organisasi dengan menunjukkan korelasi sebesar r = 0,350 dan p = 0,000 (p<0,05), artinya hipotesis penelitian diterima. This study aims to determine whether there is a correlation between psychological capital with organizational citizenship behavior in hospital nurses. The higher the psychological capital of the nurse, the higher the behavior of the organization of citizenship behavior that arises. The subject of this research is 98 nurses who work in RSUD H.Hanafie Muara Bungo, Jambi. Data collection uses the scale of organizational citizenship behavior and psychological capital quastionaire. Method of data analysis conducted in this research is spearman test technique with the help of IBM SPSS Statistic version 25. The result of research show there is positive correlation between psychological capital with organizational citizenship behavior with increase of value r = 0,350 and p = 0,000 (p <0,05 ), meaning the research hypothesis is accepted.
