    Abstract
    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kesejahteraan psikologis dan keterikatan kerja pada pegawai pemerintahan. Hipotesis yang diajukan adalah ada hubungan yang positif antara kesejahteraan psikologis dan keterikatan kerja. Subjek penelitian adalah 170 pegawai pemerintahan yang bekerja pada lima dinas Pemerintah Provinsi Banten, yang berusia 18-58 tahun dan sekurangnya telah bekerja selama satu tahun. Alat ukur yang digunakan pada penelitian ini, yaitu Utrecht Work Engagement Scale (UWES) yang dikembangkan oleh Schaufeli dan Bakker (2003) berjumlah 17 aitem dan The Scale of Psychological Well-being (SPWB) versi pendek yang dikembangkan oleh Ryff (2001) berjumlah 18 aitem. Uji hipotesis dilakukan menggunakan teknik korelasi Product Moment dari Pearson melalui program SPSS 21 for Windows. Hasil uji korelasi menunjukkan nilai koefisien korelasi r = 0,157, p = 0,020 (p< 0,05). This study attempted to determine the correlation between psychological well-being and work engagement in government employees. The hypothesis proposed is there is a positive correlation between psychological well-being and work engagement. The subjects of this research is 170 government employees working in five Government offices in Banten Province, aged 18-58 years and at least have worked for one year. The measurement used in this study is Utrecht Work Engagement Scale (UWES) developed by Schaufeli and Bakker (2003) amounted to 17 items and Scale of Psychological Well-being (SPWB) short version developed by Ryff (2001) amounted to 18 aitem. Hypothesis test is done using Product Moment correlation technique from Pearson through SPSS 21 for Windows program. Correlation test result shows correlation coefficient r = 0,157, p = 0,020 (p <0,05).
