MODEL PENINGKATAN KINERJA WAREHOUSE 5, SERVICES AND WAREHOUSING (S&W)-PROCUREMENT PT. PERTAMINA (PERSERO) REFINERY UNIT V BALIKPAPAN

Abstract

Warehouse is one of the important facilities in the process of providing materials and equipment spare parts and supporting the production process. The operational efficiency and reliability of the refinery is strongly influenced by the operational activities in the warehousing system. Good warehouse performance will support the company's operations so that it becomes more reliable, effective and efficient. The reliability, effectiveness and efficiency of the refinery can be achieved by several interrelated factors. One of them with improved warehouse performance. Data processing and weighting by Analysits Hierarchi Proces (AHP) method, Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and Standard Normalization (SNORM). Performance measurement results in warehouse 5 PT. Pertamina RU V Balikpapan has 25 KPIs, covering 5 KPIs Receiving, 5 KP Putaway, 5 KPI Storage, 5 KPI Order Picking and 5 KPI Shipping. It can be seen that the included in the green category there are 9 KPI, whereas the entry in the yellow color category there are 12 KPI, and in the red color category there are 4 KPI. KPIs in the category of red and yellow need improvement for the performance. By using S-Norm De Boer performance measurement at warehouse 5 PT. Pertamina RU V Balikpapan, obtained performance index of 94,20835 then it can be concluded that the performance achieves the expected performance
