KAJIAN EFEKTIVITAS PROSES TAHAPAN PERANCANGAN PADA RUMAH SAKIT HAWARI ESSA SLAWI

Abstract

Proses desain merupakan perencanaan yang digunakan untuk membuat langkah-langkah dalam membuat suatu desain, dengan kata lain disebut juga dengan perancangan. Dalam mewujudkan aspirasi klien menjadi hasil rancangan yang bermakna, estetis, dan tepat guna, diperlukan suatu proses dan kerjasama antara arsitek dan klien. Dalam menciptakan hasil rancangan tersebut, dibutuhkan beberapa tahapan yang dilakukan oleh konsultan arsitek guna memudahkan pemahaman mengenai proses perancangan arsitektur tersebut. Seminar Desain Arsitektur ini mengevaluasi tingkat keberhasilan proses perencanaan DED RS Hawari Essa Slawi menurut ketentuan IAI dan AIA. Evaluasi ini diselesaikan dengan cara melakukan kajian dengan membandingkan fakta proses perancangan RS Hawari Essa berdasarkan tahapaan menurut IAI maupun AIA. Kesesuaian tersebut kemudian dianalisis kesesuaiannya dan diberi bobot range antara 2,5 hingga 12,5 kemudia menghasilkan prosentase keberhasilannya. Hasil evaluasi tingkat keberhasilan pada proses perancangan RS Hawari Essa yaitu: (a) 80% pada proses Skematik Desain; (b) 75% pada proses Pengembangan Desain; dan (c) 78% pada proses Pembuatan Gambar Kerja. Prosentase tersebut didasarkan pada fakta proses perancangan RS Hawari Essa Slawi. Designing process is the process used to make the steps in order to make a design. In other words, it is also called by planning process. In order to bring client’s aspiration into reality, meaningful, aesthetic, and appropriated, the connection of cooperation between the architect and the client is needed. In order to give the best result, there are several stages performed by the architect consultant in order to facilitate the understanding of the comprehension of the architectural design process, so the process of planning can run easily. This Architectural Design Seminar evaluate the success rate of DED Hwari Essa Slawi Hospital’s plan design under the provisions of IAI and AIA. This evaluation was completed by comparing the real ratio of the planning process of Hawari Essa Slawi Hospital based on the stages according to IAI and AIA. Furthermore, the data gained from the compatibility of the real ratio were analyzed and divided into range of 2.5 to 12.5, then percentage of success would produced. The evaluation results of the level of goodness in the plan design of Hawari Essa Slawi Hospital were rate: (a) 80% in the process of schematic design; (b) 80% in the process of development design; and (c) 75% in the process of construction documentation. These percentage were gained based on the real planning process of Hawari Essa Slawi Hospital.
