dc.description.abstractArsitek sebagai ahli perencana memiliki andil yang besar dalam sebuah proses perancangan, sehingga sudah seharusnya menjadikan standar persyaratan teknis sebagai panduan dalam merancang, salah satunya yaitu terkait sistem proteksi kebakaran pasif. Kajian sistem proteksi kebakaran pasif yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini adalah kasus perencanaan gedung depo arsip milik PT. BRI di Karanganyar. Gedung depo arsip yang berfungsi sebagai tempat penyimpanan arsip inaktif harus memiliki sistem proteksi kebakaran yang terencana dengan baik dan memenuhi standar teknis keselamatan bangunan, karena menyangkut keselamatan jiwa manusia dan aset berharga perusahaan serta keberlangsungan siklus perusahaan pasca kebakaran. Metode penulisan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa metode deskriptif, dengan kajian kesesuaian desain terhadap standar sistem proteksi kebakaran pasif pada bangunan, yaitu SNI 03-1736-2000 tentang tata cara perencanaan sistem proteksi pasif untuk pencegahan bahaya kebakaran pada bangunan rumah dan gedung, dan Peraturan Menteri PU No. 26/PRT/M/2008 tentang persyaratan teknis sistem proteksi kebakaran pada bangunan gedung dan lingkungan. Selanjutnya dilakukan analisis menggunakan variabel yang diambil dari dua standar acuan tersebut, yaitu: (1) pasangan konstruksi tahan api, (2) pintu dan jendela tahan api, (3) bahan pelapis interior, (4) penghalang api, (5) partisi penghalang asap dan penghalang asap, (6) atrium/kompartemenisasi. Variabel-variabel tersebut dijabarkan dalam detail peraturan kemudian dibandingkan dengan kasus desain untuk mengetahui kesesuaian desain terhadap standar teknis sistem proteksi kebakaran pasif pada bangunan. Dari analisis diperoleh hasil bahwa variabel konstruksi tahan api mendapat nilai skala likert sangat sesuai dengan peraturan, variabel pintu dan jendela tahan api, bahan pelapis interior mendapat nilai skala likert sesuai dengan peraturan, variabel penghalang api, partisi penghalang asap dan penghalang asap mendapat nilai skala likert cukup sesuai dengan peraturan, dan variabel atrium/kompartemenisasi mendapat nilai skala likert sesuai dengan peraturan. Dari hasil analisis tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa keandalan sistem proteksi kebakaran pasif pada rancangan gedung depo arsip BRI Karanganyar sudah cukup baik dan memenuhi standart minimal proteksi kebakaran yang berlaku di Indonesia The architect as an expert planner has a big contribution in a design process, and it should make the technical requirements standard as a guide in designing, one of which is related to passive fire protection system. The study of passive fire protection system that was lifted in this research is the case of planning of depo archive building owned by PT. BRI in Karanganyar. The depot archive building which functions as an inactive archive storage must have a well-planned fire protection system and meet the building's technical safety standards, as it concerns the safety of the human physic and the company's valuable assets as well as the sustainability of the post-fire company cycle. The writing method used in this research is descriptive method, with design suitability study to the standard of passive fire protection system on the building, that is SNI 03-1736-2000 about the procedure of planning of passive protection system for the prevention of fire hazard in building of house and building, and Peraturan Menteri PU No. 26/PRT/M/2008 on the technical requirements of fire protection systems in buildings and the environment. Analyzes of variables derived from the two reference standards: (1) fire resistant construction pair, (2) fire-proof doors and windows, (3) interior coating material, (4) fire barrier, (5) barrier partition smoke and smoke barrier, (6) atrium/compartmentalization. These variables are described in the detail of the regulation and then compared with the design case to find out the suitability of the design against the technical standards of the passive fire protection system in the building. By the analysis, it can be concluded that the variable of fire-resistant construction obtains very high value according to the regulation by Likert Scale. The fire-resistant door and window variables, the interior coating material obtains a high value according to the regulation by Likert Scale. The barrier variable, the smoke barrier partition and the smoke barrier obtains a moderate value according to the regulation by Likert Scale, and atrium/compartmentalization variables obtains a high value according to the regulation by Likert Scale. From the analysis it can be concluded that the reliability of the passive fire protection system in the design of BRI Karanganyar archive depot building is in a good range and appropriated by the minimum standard of fire protection in Indonesia.en_US
