Optimasi Performa Ruang : Kajian Rasio, Ergonomi dan Battier Free Design pada Kamar VIP IRNA RS PKU Muhammadiyah Wonosobo

Abstract

Penulisan ini berisi kritik arsitektur pada desain kamar VIP rawat inap RS PKU Muhammadiyah Wonosobo kaitannya dengan kenyamanan ruang secara dimensional yang diukur berdasarkan variabel antropometri etnis melayu dan standar desain bebas hambatan. Tujuannya untuk mendapatkan rumusan efisiensi luas kamar yang mempertimbangkan efektivitas penggunaan, serta mengetahui pengaruhnya terhadap RAB, luas gedung dan rasio efektivitas. Analisis dilakukan terhadap kamar VIP yaitu ruang utama dan kamar mandi. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa kamar VIP dapat mengalami efisiensi luas netto sebesar 1,28m2 dengan kenaikan rasio efektivitas per-kamar sehingga dapat menurunkan 4% luas netto lantai tipikal. Hal tersebut menyebabkan, pertama, penurunan luas lantai bruto per-TT dan penurunan RAB sebesar 4%, artinya luas gedung menjadi lebih efisien, kedua, penurunan rasio efektivitas bangunan, artinya proporsi luas netto dalam bangunan menjadi tidak lebih efektif. Maka perlu adanya kajian lanjut mengenai upaya efisiensi diluar luas netto untuk mewujudkan desain rawat inap yang efisien secara luasan dan efektif secara penggunaan.

This writing contains architectural criticism on the design of VIP room inpatient RS PKU Muhammadiyah Wonosobo relation with dimensional comfort space measured based on ethnic Malay anthropometry and barrier-free design standards. The goal is to obtain room efficiency formula that considers the effectiveness in use, then to know its effect on RAB, building area and effectiveness ratio. The analysis was performed on the VIP room, the main room and the bathroom. The results show that VIP rooms can make efficiency 1.28m2 with the increase of effectiveness ratio per-room that reduce typical net floor area by 4%. This leads to, firstly, decreasing of gross floor area per-bed and a decrease in RAB by 4%, meaning that the building area becomes more efficient, secondly, the decrease of building effectiveness ratio, meaning the net area proportion of the building is no more effective. Therefore, there is a need for further study on the effort of efficiency besides the net area to make efficient the design in area and effective in use.
