Pengaruh Visual Rancangan Arsitektur Terhadap Pengambilan Keputusan Investasi
Abstract
Communication in practice architects has a function in presenting an architectural idea. The
delivery of architectural ideas can be done in various ways. In a planning project, communication
is used as a medium in the process of identifying the client's wants. In the masterplan development
project and DED RSI. Al-Ikhlas Pemalang, has a number of related issues from masterplan
planning that is not based on Terms of Reference and uncertain cost budgets. The form of the
client's wishes is conveyed to the consultant grad-ually and fluidly. The existence of such changes
is possible because the client has not had a clear purpose. Thus, the existence of such problems
resulted in masterplan planning which can’t be done in a manner according to the stages
procedure of the health ministry. Therefore responding to it, it takes a problem solving related
visual communication presentation method, so that with the architect's communication to assume
the role in helping and convince clients related to business decisions. At the planning stage, business
decisions always affect the direction and purpose of the client in choosing the design
developed. In this paper will discuss how the visual effects of architectural design that can be
affected in a business decision making.
