dc.description.abstractBegel CNC machine is a machine used for producing begel with motor controller based motion DC servo so it can produce begel with varying sizes and production time is relatively fast. This machine uses Beckhoff's PLC (Programmable Logic Control) technology in which this system can control the rotation of Servo DC Motor for the mechanism of forming the begel ring. One of the mechanisms required in this machine is the feeder mechanism of the wire. This system works based on the control of motor movement through the degree of rotation so that it can operate as needed. At the end result, the mechanism capable of wiring 1 mm diameter wire, with a feed of 96.6 mm and 116.6 mm with the final result after the bending process is 100 mm and 120 mm. The results obtained from the test distance parameters (distance) and speed (velocity) on Beckhoff PLC program and from some aspects that are influenced by the design of the machine design.en_US
