Pelatihan Kebersyukuran Untuk Meningkatkan Kebahagiaan Autentik Guru Di Sekolah Inklusi

Abstract

Salah satu hal yang dapat mempengaruhi kebahagiaan autentik dari seorang individu adalah kemampuannya untuk bersyukur. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari pelatihan kebersyukuran terhadap kebahagiaan autentik guru di sekolah inklusi di Yogyakarta. Studi perbandingan telah dilakukan terhadap kelompok eksperimen (N = 17) dan kelompok kontrol (N = 21). Penelitian ini menggunakan model eksperimen dengan untreated control group design with pre-test and post-test. Kelompok eksperimen menerima pelatihan kebersyukuran, sedangkan kelompok kontrol tidak. Hasil uji hipotesis dengan paired sample t-test menunjukkan bahwa ada perbedaan skor kebahagiaan autentik pada kelompok eksperimen sebelum dan sesudah mendapatkan perlakuan (p = 0.008; p < 0.05) purpose of this study was to examine the effect of gratitude training to increase the teachers’ authentic happiness. Participants of this research were teachers of inclusive schools in Yogyakarta. The comparative study was conducted toward the experimental group (N = 17) and control group (N = 21). The study used the untreated control group design with pre-test and post-test model. The experimental group was the ones who experienced gratitude training, while the control group did not receive any intervention. Hypothesis test by paired sample t-test indicated that there is a significant difference score of pre-test and post-test of authentic happiness in experiment group (p = 0.008, p < 0.05).
