The design emphasizes cost efficiency, inclusive public spaces, using local building materials, sustainable construction techniques, and. However, there are several challenges that arise in terms of material availability, sustainability, structural durability, and compliance with modern building standards. In addition, integrating advanced smart building technologies and energy-saving innovations while maintaining traditional aesthetics requires an adaptive and context-sensitive approach.
