    PERBAIKAN PERKERASAN JALAN SERTA BIAYA DENGAN METODE BINA MARGA DAN RECYCLE DI JALAN LINGKAR BARAT KUDUS (THE REPAIRMENT OF ROAD PAVEMENT AND THE COST WITH BINA MARGA AND RECYCLE METHODS AT LINGKAR BARAT KUDUS)

    Abstract
    Jalan merupakan salah satu prasarana penghubung darat yang berperan penting dalam kehidupan manusia. Jalan memerlukan perbaikan terhadap kerusakan jalan. Perbaikan jalan memerlukan biaya yang banyak dan tindakan ini dirasa belum cukup tepat karena upaya perbaikan tidak dapat bertahan sesuai umur rencana. Tugas akhir ini dilakukan untuk mengkaji sekaligus membandingkan antara perbaikan menggunakan metode Bina Marga yaitu perkerasan lentur dan perkerasan kaku serta metode daur ulang agar mendapatkan metode perbaikan jalan yang sesuai. Studi kasus di Jalan Lingkar Barat Kudus Sta 2+000 sampai Sta 3+580. Penelitian ini menggunakan tiga metode perbaikan yaitu pelapisan tambahan dengan perkerasan lentur, perkerasan kaku, dan CTRB. Pedoman yang digunakan adalah DPU Perbaikan Standar (002/T/Bt/1995), DPU Perencanaan Perkerasan Lentur (Pt T-01-2002-B), DPU Perencanaan Jalan Beton Semen (Pd T-14-2003), dan Wirtgen Cold Recycling (2004). Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dibagi menjadi dua jenis yaitu data primer (survei data) dan data sekunder (diperoleh dari instansi). Metode penelitian dibagi dalam tiga tahap yaitu tahap pertama adalah pengumpulan data, tahap kedua adalah analisis serta pembahasan, dan tahap ketiga adalah simpulan dan saran. Dari hasil analisis dan pembahasan didapatkan penanganan kerusakan yaitu pemberian lapis tambahan dengan hasil penilaian perbaikan untuk pelapisan tambahan dengan perkerasan lentur sebesar 46 poin, perkerasan kaku sebesar 43 poin, dan CTRB sebesar 43 poin. Dari analisis biaya diperoleh biaya pelaksanaan perkerasan lentur sebesar Rp. 4.179.715.300,00, perkerasan kaku sebesar Rp. 6.922.437.500,00, dan CTRB sebesar Rp. 6.322.541.900,00. Sehingga disimpulkan bahwa penanganan kerusakan yang sesuai di Jalan Lingkar Barat Kudus Sta 2+000 sampai Sta 3+580 adalah pelapisan tambahan menggunakan perkerasan lentur setebal 9 cm dengan biaya sebesar Rp. 4.179.715.300,00. Since the function was very important to connect the place in human life. Sometimes road need to be repaired from the damage. Unfortunately, the road repairment was expensive and sometimes these works weren’t accurate because couldn’t survive as planned. This study was conducted to examine and compare the repairment using the Bina Marga method for flexible pavement and rigid pavement and recycle method to get appropriate repairment. The case study was at Jalan Lingkar Barat Kudus from Sta 2 + 000 to Sta 3 + 580. This study used three repairment methods with flexible pavement, rigid pavement, and CTRB (Cement Treated Recycling Base). As the guideline, it used the DPU Metode Perbaikan Standar (002 / T / Bt / 1995), DPU Perencanaan Perkerasan Lentur (Pt T-01-2002-B), DPU Perencanaan Jalan Beton Semen (Pd T-14-2003), and Wirtgen Cold Recycling (2004). The research method was divided into three step: the first step was data collection by primary and secondary data, the second step was the analysis and discussion, and the third stage was the conclusion and suggestion. As the results, the score for overlay layer used flexible pavement was 46 points, rigid pavement was 43 points, and CTRB was 43 points. From by these results, the cost of flexible pavement spend Rp. 4.179.715.300,00, the rigid pavement spend Rp. 6.922.437.500,00, and CTRB spend Rp. 6.322.541.900,00 (the cost included of 10% tax). As the conclusion, the repairment which appropriate at Jalan Lingkar Barat Kudus Sta 2 + 000 to Sta 3 + 580 was used overlay layer by flexible pavement with 9 cm thickness and the cost spend Rp. 4.179.715.300,00.
