    Abstract
    This study aims to determine the effect of talent management on ASN performance at Service X Province Y. The research hypothesis is that it is predicted that there will be a positive influence related to the implementation of talent management on ASN performance at Service X Province Y. This research was conducted using a quantitative research method. Subjects in this study amounted to 100 respondents. The measurement of performance variables in this study uses a scaleIndividual Work Performance Questionnaire by (Widyastuti & Hidayat, 2018)and measurement of talent management variables using a scaleIntegrated Talent Management Scale developed by (Jayaraman, et al 2018). The method in this study uses a simple regression analysis test technique. The results of this study indicate that talent management has an influence on ASN performance on the task performance dimension p=0.01, and on the contextual performance dimension p=0.01.
