dc.description.abstractThe prolonged quarantine due to the COVID-19 pandemic has profoundly affected educators in maintaining guidelines informed by contemporary research on educational methodologies relevant to the current era. Experts concentrate on technological advancements in communication while also advocating for the establishment of the educational system. This qualitative research examined teachers' utilization of Google Classroom and Zoom Meeting, emphasizing the element of teacher presence within the community of inquiry framework. Following interviews with two English educators with varying levels of teaching experience, the data were analyzed using thematic analysis. This research finds that the instructors utilize their Teaching Presence as the most influential element in online language acquisition. Research indicates that educators must understand the Community of Inquiry and its three components to enhance teaching skills and optimize classroom conditions.en_US
