Trafficking in persons is a crime that is one of the fastest growing crimes in the world. Now human trafficking is also one of the 5 greatest crimes in the world to be resolved, as it gives bad consequences in many aspects of life. In launching human trafficking, traffickers use some tactics, some are deceived by being lured into jobs as maids instead of being sold abroad or prostitution, some are abducted or handed over directly by members of their families who are then sold to a brothel.
The development of technology, misused by some people to conduct illegal acts. Ways of people to do the act of human trafficking is growing. The rise of this man's trade, is increasingly becoming after the advent of the internet. Many people trade through facebook, twitter, instagram, website, and other social media.
The punishment for every human trafficking case is different depending on how the case (kasuistik), cause, reason and other things that lie behind the case.
