| dc.description.abstract | Takaful life Insurance is the pioneer of sharia life insurance company in Indonesia. It’s Started operating since 1994. Takaful life insurance develops various products to meet the needs of insured in accordance with sharia. This research aims to know the implementation of maqasid sharia in takaful life insurance mechanism by using the parameters of maqasid shariah which derived from maqasid Al-Syatibi the five aspects of sharia protection. The methods data analysis in this research using the primary and secondary data qualitatively descriptive. Because the author will describe the results of research by exploring and clarifying about a phenomenon or social reality. Based on the indicators used as research variables, the result show that the maqasid sharia has been implemented in takaful life insurance mechanism of Yogyakarta. | en_US |
