Gross Regional Domestic Product (GDP) can be a benchmark of economic growth in a region, the increase or decrease in production of goods and services in a region can be indicated by the increase or decrease of GRDP from a particular area. In addition, in the current era, the mobility of workers is increasingly high so that the relationship between the areas, either directly or not borders, will have interaction, so the need for synergies between regions of the regency/city especially for the Central Java Province. Therefore, this research aims to analyze the spatial relations between regions in the regency/city in Central Java Province. The data used in this study is cross section data from 35 districts / cities in the Province of Central Java. The analysis used in this research is to compare multiple linear regression method of Ordinary Least Square (OLS) with spatial regression of spatial autoregressive model (SAR) or spatial error model (SEM) method. The results of this study showed that the Labor Force and Regency / Municipal Minimum Wage had a positive and significant effect on GRDP, while inflation did not significantly affect GDP in the regency/city in Central Java Province. A more appropriate method used to analyze the data is the spatial error model (SEM).en_US
