Evaluasi Struktur Gedung Ireguler terhadap Beban Gempa Berdasarkan SNI 03-1726-2012 (Evaluation of an Irregular Building Structure to Seismic Load Based on Sni 03-1726-2012)
Abstract
The earthquake can cause structural damage. One option to reduce the risk of structural
damage that is caused by the earthquake is identifying and assessing disaster risks, so evaluation
of building structure is necessary. This research evaluated the structure of building that has been
standing and restraints earthquake load in order to know the deviation of the floors that occur due
to earthquake load based on SNI 03-1726-2012 regulations as well as to get the Demand Capacity
Ratio (DCR) value on the structure components.
This evaluation uses an irregular building model and in its design is based on old
regulatory standards. The building consists of 10 floors and uses a reinforced concrete structure.
The structural components that have been reviewed in this study are 200 typical beams (719 beam
elements) and 15 typical columns (297 column elements). Structural data obtained based on As
Built Drawings, while material data used laboratory test results data. Planning used the rules of
SNI 03-1727-2013 and SNI 03-1726-2012, while the reinforced concrete planning used SNI 03
2847-2013 rules. Structural analysis was performed by SAP2000 version 14 program, while the
strength of structural elements were calculated by Microsoft Excel program.
According to the analysis result, the floor drift in the X and Y direction of the whole floor
meet the requirements of SNI 03-1726-2012. Maximum floor drift of X direction is 0.02945 m,
whereas maximum floor deviation of Y direction is 0.0924 m. The percentage of the master beam
that has a DCR value > 2 is 29% down and has a bending DCR > 2 by 56% down, while the
percentage of beam which has a DCR value of shear < 2 of 98% down and DCR value Bending <
2 by 90% down. The percentage of the child beam which is having a DCR shear value> 2 is 5%
down and having a bending DCR> 2 by 36% down, while the secondary beam percentage thas has
a DCR value of shear <2 is 95% up and having DCR value Bending <2 by 64% and above.
Overall, the X direction column and Y direction column are able to withstand the shear force that
occurs. Checking the structure of the building that meets the requirements of Struktur Rangka
Pemikul Momen Khusus (SRPMK) based on SNI 03-2847-2013 is checking the beam based on the
value of b / h, compression axis 1 left pedestal beam, compression axis 1 secondary beam
peduncle left, compression axis 2 beam Right holding center, compression axis 2 right support of
secondary beam, and checking column X direction and Y direction based on Asv value and
value.
