dc.description.abstractThe aim of this research is to examine the relationship between Work-Family Balance and Employee Loyalty in one of the state-owned companies operating in the field of information and communication technology services in Yogyakarta. Participants in this study were employees who were married, with an age range of 19-60 years, and have worked for more than 1 year (n=114). The scale used to measure employee loyalty is the Employee Loyalty Scalem by Dutta & Dhir (2021) and the scale used to measure the Work-Family Balance Scale is by Greenhaus et al (2003) which was adapted by Alinaksi et al (2016). This research analysis uses the non-parametric Spearman's rho correlation technique with results showing that there is a positive relationship between work-family balance and employee loyalty in one of the state- owned companies operating in the information and communication technology services sector in Yogyakarta (r=0.420). More detailed results will be discussed in this research.en_US
