Work-family Balance dan Loyalitas Karyawan Pada Salah Satu Perusahaan BUMN yang Bergerak di Bidang Jasa Layanan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi Yogyakarta
Abstract
The aim of this research is to examine the relationship between Work-Family Balance
and Employee Loyalty in one of the state-owned companies operating in the field of
information and communication technology services in Yogyakarta. Participants in
this study were employees who were married, with an age range of 19-60 years, and
have worked for more than 1 year (n=114). The scale used to measure employee
loyalty is the Employee Loyalty Scalem by Dutta & Dhir (2021) and the scale used
to measure the Work-Family Balance Scale is by Greenhaus et al (2003) which was
adapted by Alinaksi et al (2016). This research analysis uses the non-parametric
Spearman's rho correlation technique with results showing that there is a positive
relationship between work-family balance and employee loyalty in one of the state-
owned companies operating in the information and communication technology
services sector in Yogyakarta (r=0.420). More detailed results will be discussed in
this research.
