dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this research is to identify empirically the effect of top management suppor,lack of staff, inadequate information, perception of high cost and apathy to Disaster Recovery Planning (DRP) implementation, moreover to know the influence DRP to Business continuity Plan (BCP) at the hospitality industry in Special Region Yogyakarta. This is a quantitative research with primary data in the form of a questionnaire. The populate in this research are hotels with rate three, four, and five stars. The sampling was done by using Convenience Sampling method with the sample size 62 managers. This study used multiple linear regression and classic assumption test for data analysis. The result showed that top management support has a positive and significant effect to DRP and perception of high cost, lack of staff, inadequate information and apathy has a negative and significant effect on DRP.While DRP has a positive effect to BCP.en_US
