dc.description.abstractThis research aims to identify factors that cause unemployment among fresh graduates in Yogayakarta. This research uses quantitative methods with primary data through questionnaires. This research was processed using SPSS. The sample in this company is unemployed fresh graduates in Yogyakarta. Data analysis was carried out using classic assumption tests, hypothesis testing using the multiple regression method. The results of this research show that education level and job mismatch have a significant effect on unemployment. Meanwhile, graduate attributes and employability skills do not have a significant effect on unemployment.en_US
