dc.description.abstractIslamic business ethics is the ethical norms based on Al-Qur`an and Hadith which should be used as a guide of life by the businessmen. But in fact, many unscrupulous business people who cheat so out of the norms of Islamic business ethics. This study aims to describe and analyze comprehensively and thoroughly about the application of business ethics applied by business firms in the field of supermarkets. Then proceed with describing the impact that companies get after applying the principles of Islamic business ethics. Factors used to analyze the impact of the application of Islamic business ethics to the progress of the company's business is the implications of Islamic business ethics system is tauhid, free will, balance, responsibility, and virtue. Then these factors are used to analyze some aspects that the authors expect can be a parameter aspect of business progress on a company. Some of these aspects include marketing, management and human resources, legal and social. Type of research that will be used writer is qualitative descriptive research. This study uses primary and secondary data. Primary data obtained through interview method or sourced directly from the owner, while secondary data obtained indirectly from the object of research, that is from other parties who have the necessary data information and related to the object of research. Methods of data analysis done by descriptive analysis method the researcher tries to descriptive information as it is in accordance with the variables to be studied. The results of this study show that, De 'Halal Mart has applied Islamic business ethics by integrating the five Islamic business ethics. Through the success of the company, the Islamic business ethics is reflected in every operational process of the company. In terms of research on the impact of the application of Islamic business ethics to the progress of the company, the company can be said to go forward and have good prospects for the future.en_US
