dc.description.abstractThe phenomenon of sexual abuse against children is like mushrooms in the rainy season, sexual abuse against children is one of the serious problems and requires strong legal protection throughout the world. Legal protection of children is very important because children are a vulnerable group and need special protection to maintain their rights and welfare. Child sexual abuse can have serious long-term impacts on victims. This research uses empirical data, namely Interviews will contain how government agencies handle child sexual abusers after serving their sentences in Indonesia and South Korea. This research provides recommendations to the authorities to pay more attention to the handling of perpetrators of child sexual abuse cases. For example, enforcing the law such as being more assertive in sanctioning perpetrators of child sexual abuse and providing psychologist rehabilitation for perpetrators. Because the government is an institution that is also responsible for educating children.en_US
