Perbandingan Biaya Pekerjaan Pelat Lantai Beton Antara Metode Konvensional Dan Pracetak Flyslab (Cost Comparison Of Concrete Floor Work Between Conventional Methods And Precast Flyslab)
Abstract
The method of implementation of construction determines the magnitude of the cost at a development work at the end of the project. This research aims to know
the comparative costs of concrete plates work between conventional methods and
prefabricated method flyslab
The methodology of this study is to conduct a recount costs work plate
concrete floors in buildings which originally planned Jongke Rusunawa using
conventional reinforced concrete into concrete flyslab. The cost of the recount done
by either recalculate volume of work nor the unit price work floor plates.
The results of this research is that the cost of conventional methods of floor
plate of work amounting to 2,002 million and flyslab methods work cost amounting
to Rp 1,623 million. Where there is a comparison of the cost of the work floor plate
between the conventional methods and flyslab amounting to 379. These results
suggest that work on building floor plate of Jongke Rusunawa-based prototype of
the T-24 which has 5 floors with method of flyslab there is a saving of 19% against
conventional floor plate work.
