    Abstract
This thesis discusses an analysis of the role of the International Labour Organization in the discrimination of People with Disabilities in Indonesia during the period of 2015-2020. The aim of this research was to determine what the ILO in Indonesia did for People with Disabilities in regard to employment issues during this time frame. The problems of People with Disabilities in the professional world are complex to the point that the Indonesian Government needs assistance from the International Organization (ILO) to overcome them. To conduct this research, the author used the theory of international organization by Clive Archer, where the Indonesian Government considered the role of the ILO important in the overcoming of the problems of People with Disabilities in the world of work. The author also used the concept of the Role of International Organizations to determine how the ILO performed during this time period and what has been done. The method used to write this research is a qualitative research method which uses books and scientific journals as writing sources. From the research results, it is evident that, during 2015-2020, the ILO had an important role in providing support and assistance to Indonesia in the overcoming of the problems of People with Disabilities in the world of work.
