Pengaruh Variabel Yang Berhubungan Dengan Alat Pelindung Diri Terhadap Kecelakaan Kerja Pada Pekerja Bangunan Di Kota Magelang Berdasarkan Persepsi Pekerja

Abstract

Generally in Indonesia, working safety is still neglected. This is shown by number of workplace accident is still high. In Magelang, some workplace accidents mostly in infrastructure projects are still happened every year. One of result of early evaluation for workplace is Personal Protective Equipment use factor . That is why it is needed to known availability of Personal Protective Equipment influence towards workplace accident, influence of worker knowledge about Personal Protective Equipment use to avoid workplace accident, influence of worker attitude about Personal Protective Equipment use to avoid workplace accident, and influence of supervision of Personal Protective Equipment use towards workplace accident, partially and simultaneously. Data taking that concerns about independent variable and dependent variable is done by questionnaire which its sample is taken from building workers in Moch Subroto Stadium East Tribune project in Magelang in 2016. Analysis that is used to explain influence of independent variable against dependent variable partially use singular Regression Analysis, and to explain influence of independent variable against dependent variable simultaneously use double Regression Analysis. Result from research shows that there is a negative connection amongs variable of availability of Personal Protective Equipment, variable of worker knowledge about Personal Protective Equipment, variable of worker attitude about Personal Protective Equipment, and variable of supervision of Personal Protective Equipment use towards workplace accident if all those variable are tested partially and simultaneously.
