dc.description.abstractDevelopment of construction in Indonesia recently experienced a rapid development. A very important element in the implementation of a construction project that is planning the project. In this plan there is a picture quality targets that must be completed in time and at a certain cost. Frequently encountered many projects have swelling in both time and cost. This study examines the project with the optimum time and minimum cost using least cost scheduling method. The study was conducted on the project development workshop PT Buana Masa Metalindo, Bogor, West Java. Least Cost Scheduling method can produce the optimum project time with minimum cost. Data processing is performed by using microsft project to determine the critical path. Acceleration is used in this research is to use overtime and overtime pay. The results showed that the project can be completed with optimum time for 106 days with a total cost of Rp 9,822,282,190.00. As for the minimum cost and time obtained at the optimum time during the 114-day project with a total cost of Rp 9,689,703,699.74.en_US
