    Abstract
    Many studies conducted student misbehavior, however, fewer researchers investigated student misbehavior in senior high school. The purpose of thisresearch is to identify types of student misbehavior in senior high school in Surakarta. The method used is a qualitative study by collecting data through observational and elaborating into descriptive. The participants of this study were in one of the Surakarta schools in grade 11 class 6 with social sciences major. The data gathered were identified and analyzed using types of student misbehavior proposed by Sun and Shek (2012). The finding reveals misbehavior such as playing, eating/drinking, talking out of turn, doing something in private, non-attentiveness/day, out of the seat, and passive engagement in class. This research can be utilized for teacher to measure student misbehavior in the classroom.
