dc.description.abstractInfrastructure development in Indonesia is carried out to improve the welfare of the society. The Bener Dam Construction Project Package 4 (MYC) in Purworejo Regency is utilized to fulfill the water supply of 1500 l/dt, existing irrigation water supply of 13,589 Ha, and a new irrigation area of 1,110 Ha, generating power plant of 6 MW of electricity, developing tourist areas, and flood control. However, the dam construction has various risks that need to be anticipated. The risks studied in this research is limited to financial, technical and operational, political, and social aspects. Risk identification for each aspect and risk assessment are conducted through discussions with construction experts or the contractor. The subsequent risk assessment is plotted on a probability and impact matrix based on the provisions of the AS/NZS 4360. The risk assessment results for the financial, technical and operational, political, and social aspects show several high risk, moderate risk, and low risk levels based on risk identification studied.en_US
