dc.description.abstractThis study aims to analyze the effect of corporate social responsibility (CSR) and good corporate governance (GCG) on company performance in health industry companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2017 to 2021. This research uses a quantitative method with secondary data obtained from the Exchange website Indonesian Securities. Data analysis techniques were performed using SPSS software. The sample for this study was collected by purposive sampling method from 13 companies. The results showed that corporate social responsibility had no effect on company performance, good corporate governance through audit committees, institutional ownership, and board size had an effect on company performance, while good corporate governance through independent commissioners had no effect on company performance.en_US
