Abstract
The purpose of this research is to ascertain the impact of user behavior, facility
conditions, hedonic motivation, social influence, performance expectations,
business expectations, and facility conditions on the usage of e-wallet services.
Generations X and Z users of e-wallet services in Yogyakarta make up the
demographic of this research. 212 respondents' samples were gathered utilizing the
non-probability sampling technique. Using SmartPLS v.3.2.9 software, Partial
Least Squares (PLS) was used to analyze data for this investigation. According to
the study's findings, company expectations, routines, and hedonic incentive all
