Analisis Kebutuhan Dan Strategi Dalam Pengembangan Ruang Terbuka Hijau (RTH) Area Publik Kota Yogyakarta
Abstract
Public Green Open Space of Yogyakarta are consist of; river bank, border road, borders railway, road median, park, cemetery, field, and city forest. Based on the result of the research, it can be conclude that the existence of Public Green Open Space of Yogyakarta, are now 11,13% from the total area of Yogyakarta. It is lacking from the percentage that has been decided by act No.26 year 2007 about layout, where Public Green Open Space must have broad minimum 20 % of the city. So, it needs a strategy to develop Public Green Open Space to meet the standard of regulation. In developing Public Green Open Space, this research is attempts to conduct some development strategys, by extension, intensification and mitigation. In extension development strategy’s, it obtained about 7168779,79 m2, that will be developed to be an Green Open Space with varieties of neighbourhood garden, hamlet garden, passive garden, and city forest. In intensification development strategy, it obtained about 2007248,31 m2, that will be developed to be an Green Open Space with varieties of roof garden and city garden. Meanwhile, in mitigation stratefy, It obtained about 3414486,06 m2,which will be developed to be an Green Open Space with varieties of river bank, borders road, borders railway.
