Pengaruh Variasi Tinggi dan Mutu Beton Terhadap Karakteristik Box Girder Prestressed Bentang 50 Meter
Abstract
This refers to research on the influence of the high variety and quality of concrete in prestressed
concrete beam design to the planning type box girder bridge in order to get the optimal design of prestressed
beam structure with a span of 50 meters. This research used variations of height and strength of concrete as the
two things that are often not considered in the planning process as well as a benchmark for the calculation to
reduce design is wasteful in the field It aims to help planners determine the effective design of a structural box
girder in the field without reduce the carrying ability of a structure.
Regulations used in this study is the Standard Imposition Bridge (RSNIT-02-2005), Earthquake
Resistance To Bridge (ISO 2833-2008) and Concrete Structural Design For Bridge (RSNIT-12-2004). Analysis
of bridge structures using Ms. Excel 2010 and SAP2000.
The results of the research structure box girder span 50 meters which is calculated using a variation of
height and strength of concrete is with the increasing height box then it will decrease the amount of tendon, and
with the increasing quality of the concrete used value tendon needs will decrease as well. 4 variation of height
(2m; 2.2 m, 2.4 m, 2.6 m) and four variations in the quality of concrete (41.5 MPa, 49.8 MPa, 58.1 MPa, 66.4
MPa) the importance of the a box girder structure optimal height of 2.2 meters and 49,8 MPa concrete quality.
These results are also based on the force caused by the loading and styles available at box girder structure.
