Faktor-Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Perilaku Kecurangan Akademik Mahasiswa dengan Menggunakan Taori Fraud Hexagon Vousinas
Abstract
This study aims to examine which factors influences students to commit academic
fraud using fraud hexagon theory by Vousinas. Primary data of this research were
obtained by distributing questionnaires in the forms of Google Form to
undergraduate students Faculty of Business and Economics UII, minimum in their
fourth terms. Data were analyzed by using multiple regression method with SPSS
version 25. Study finds that pressure, ego, and collusion have positive and
significant effects on student’s academic fraud behavior. Meanwhile, opportunity,
rationalization, and capability did not have effects on student’s academic fraud
behavior.
