dc.description.abstractThis study aims to determine the effect of budget participation, delegation of authority, religiosity, and organizational structure on managerial performance at PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk. The population used in this study were all managerial employees at the head office of PT Jasa Marga (Persero) tbk. The sample used in the study amounted to 80 respondents. Testing this questionnaire was carried out using the SPSS data processing application program. The tests carried out in this study were data quality tests in the form of validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, namely normality tests, multicollinearity tests, and heteroscedasticity tests as well as hypothesis testing with multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination test, T test and F test. The results of this study indicate that budgetary participation, delegation of authority, religiosity and organizational structure have a positive and significant impact on managerial performance at PT Jasa Marga (Persero) tbk.en_US
