Analisis Penjadwalan Ulang Proyek Pembangunan Rumah Sakit Universitas Islam Indonesia Menggunakan Metode Pert (Analisys of Rescheduling the Islamic University of Indonesia Academic Construction Project Using Pert Method)
Abstract
In construction project, the stages of planning and scheduling is the most crucial stage of the success or failure of a project. Because scheduling projects planned and created with the aim that the project can be completed on time. In the implementation of the project is often happens that what has to be done it’s never worked as planned, for example, the implementation of construction projects in Yogyakarta that is a lot of delayed resolve. In the Islamic University of Indonesia Hospital construction project has delayed because of certain factors.
The estimation duration should be made by considering all possibilities that will be happens during the implementation that could be blocking the process. This is why to use Program Evaluation and Review Method in scheduling. The determination of the activity duration of a project in this method by the three estimated values, that is optimistic duration time, pessimistic duration time and the most likely time.
From the result of the analysis and calculations has been done, the time required to implementation the project structure of buildings is for 288 days. At the existing time schedule of the project plan is required completion time for 238 days. The fact in the field, many structural work delayed. The duration of realization in the field takes 303 days. It’s mean that the project has been delayed by 65 days. By looking at these comparisons, the time schedule plan using PERT method is closer to the realization of the projects completion.
